The boy is 4 years old and has speech and cognitive developmental delay with autistic traits.

He completed a course of biotherapy in Saint Petersburg, followed by intranasal exosome administration.

The rehabilitation period after biotherapy was difficult: hyperactivity appeared, and when exosomes were administered, the child showed an increase in negative symptoms in the form of stimming and worsening behavior.
